» Unlisted Companies: Private opportunities where we can leverage our capital, operating and management experience, and international reach to accelerate growth and create value.
We tend to invest in areas in which we have deep experience: real estate, marketing services, hospitality, restaurants, retail, energy, technology, and finance. In addition, our group supports trading with concentrations in foreign exchange, biotechnology, and life sciences corporations focused on cannabis research.

- Cash flow positive
- In business for 3 plus years
- Solid middle management
- Sustainable business model
- Low customer concentration
